Liaise with the fabrication team to prioritize production, verify inspections, and ensure timely dispatch to site. Support site teams with erection planning, daily reporting, and progress tracking against key milestones. Conduct coordination meetings, address delays proactively, and submit weekly progress and client reports to maintain project visibility.
