Established on 6 April 2008, DIME International Mechanical Engineering began as a bold initiative to introduce advanced technologies and innovative practices into Qatar’s fabrication sector. From the outset, we committed to delivering customised solutions and building trust through reliability and precision. Over time, we have broadened our services, expanded our facilities and up‑skilled our workforce, while implementing rigorous quality and safety measures. This journey of growth and innovation has transformed DIME into a trusted partner for structural steel, process piping and specialised mechanical projects across Qatar.


Here’s How We Evolved With Time
Our growth story is marked by strategic milestones:
2008 – Foundation: We launched operations in a 1250m² facility with 25 employees.
2012 – Expansion Phase I: The workshop expanded to 2500m², and staffing doubled to 40.
2018 – Expansion Phase II: We enlarged our facilities to 5000m², supporting a 90‑strong workforce.
2022 – Expansion Phase III: Facilities grew to 6500m², with over 150 team members.
2025 – Strategic Growth: Added a 12000m² facility and scaled our active workforce to 300+, with the ability to mobilize an additional 1000+ personnel as projects demand.
These milestones reflect our capacity to scale swiftly while maintaining quality and safety.

Advanced fabrication technology—CNC cutting, hydraulic press brakes, fiber laser cutters, band saws, profile bending and pipe cutting‑beveling machines—for complex tasks.
2D/3D modelling and CAD software to ensure accurate design, detailing and visualization
Comprehensive blasting and coating capabilities to maximize product longevity
Strong focus on sustainability, quality, health, safety, environment, and data security—supported by an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, along with ISO 27001 and ICV accreditation.
Skilled teams of certified welders, QA/QC inspectors and engineers trained to global standards.

Our facilities are designed for efficiency and versatility:
Total operational area of 27000m², including 18000m² of covered space for fabrication, storage, welding and painting.
Dedicated workshop of 12000m² with a 6500m² covered area; 2200m² blasting & painting zone; 3300m² laydown & storage; and an additional 10000m² reserved painting area
Heavy lifting capabilities via two 10‑ton cranes, one 35‑ton crane, and three forklifts rated up to 10 tons.
A fully integrated 10‑bar air compressor network powering equipment across all grids for seamless operations.
Professional personnel certified under ASME and AWS standards, enabling us to execute projects safely and efficiently
These resources allow us to tackle complex fabrication and coating projects with precision.

Our production footprint supports large and diverse project portfolios:
Process piping: 150000 inches per annum
Structural steel fabrication: 16000 tons per year
Pipe supports & racks: 9000 tons per year
Miscellaneous structures: 4000 tons per year.
Blasting & painting: 500000 m² per year
Our state‑of‑the‑art equipment—CNC cutting stations, hydraulic press brakes, swing beam shears, fiber lasers, band saws, profile bending and pipe‑cutting machines—helps us deliver high‑volume output without compromising on accuracy. Moreover, our flexible workforce model enables us to rapidly scale supervisory, skilled and general labour to meet peak project demands while maintaining safety and quality.
