Project Engineer – 5-8 years experience in structural steel / Process Piping documentation & project execution.

Oversee project planning and coordination by breaking down the full scope into actionable tasks across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site activities. Coordinate with the engineering team for timely drawing submissions, material verification, and approval tracking to ensure design and documentation compliance. Monitor procurement schedules and material readiness in line with erection sequences and site requirements. Liaise with the fabrication team to prioritize production, verify inspections, and ensure timely dispatch to site. Support site teams with erection planning, daily reporting, and progress tracking against key milestones. Conduct coordination meetings, address delays proactively, and submit weekly progress and client reports to maintain project visibility.

Site Engineer – 3-6 years of experience

Supervise and manage structural steel erection as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the fabrication team for material readiness and timely site delivery. Ensure accurate site marking, alignment, and installation of structures. Review erection drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance. Monitor project progress, linking updates to billing and cash flow. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution. Enforce safety standards and maintain site reports, inspections, and manpower logs.

Junior QC Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2 Certified) – 1-3 years of Experience

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds and structural steel components. Review and verify WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records. Monitor welding operations to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AWS, ASME, ISO, etc.). Prepare detailed inspection and test reports. Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to identify and resolve welding issues. Maintain inspection records and assist in final documentation for client handover.

Structural Detailer (Local Hiring) – 3-4 years of GCC experience

Create detailed 3D models of structural steel components using Tekla Structures. Generate accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, fabrication drawings, and material lists. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings to create complete detailing packages. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to resolve design and detailing issues. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts before fabrication.
